Configuration
The Configuration section on the Sportematica platform provides you with tools for detailed analytics customization to meet your individual needs. You can access it through the Services menu (see the screenshot below):
1. Changing Speed Measurement Units
In this subsection, you can choose your preferred unit of speed measurement:
Available options include km/h (kilometers per hour) and mph (miles per hour).
This allows you to adapt data display to your preferences or standards accepted in your country or sports organization.
2. Setting Speed and Power Zones
This section allows you to:
Establish speed zones (e.g., for different running intensities) based on your training needs.
Configure power zones that help better control athletes' physical load.
How It Works:
Specify the threshold values for each zone (e.g., jogging, sprinting, acceleration).
These parameters affect the accuracy of load analysis, taking into account the individual characteristics of each athlete.
3. Training Session Data Templates
This section allows you to customize data templates for training analysis, including key parameters:
Basic Information: dates, duration, energy, calories.
Player: name, number, profile.
Acceleration: maximum values, number of sprints and stops.
Speed: maximum, average, percentage of maximum.
Heart Rate (HR): average and maximum heart rate.
Metabolic Power: average and peak values.
Zones: distribution of metrics (speed, HR, power) across ranges.
4. Choosing Columns for Area in Reports
This functionality allows you to customize the displayed columns in reports related to space analysis and training activity:
Select which data (e.g., total distance, speed zones, power zones) will be shown in the report.
Convenient for creating individual reports for different tasks (e.g., for coaches, analysts, or players).
Great job! Now let's move on to the final preparation step — Data Import.
